Founder message
I started DLS Creative because I kept seeing talent with real pull being understood too late, or too narrowly.
After years in the industry, I watched a new generation build influence outside the traditional path, creating audiences, shaping taste, and driving conversation before the industry had made room for them.
DLS was built for talent with the power to move culture.
We work with a hand selected roster, building the strategy, relationships, and protection around what makes each person valuable. For talent, that means representation with direction. For brands, it means access to people with the attention, trust, and context they are trying to earn.
